The best Maintenance company, I come across in Al Hamra. I cam to know Ruby, Through Mr. JAVID, Supervisor for AC and electrical. I approached Javid about repair and servicing my Apartment AC. His team and himself been very professional and skillful. As he found out about my carpentary requirement ( I needed some renovation) on my wardrobe and cabinets. He followed up and introduced me to their relevant carpentary team, Mr.Hony. Fantastic workmanship. I’m resident in Al Hamra since 2014 and discovered Ruby general maintenance a couple of years ago. I’m using them for any maintenance activity in my villa and I can say that they are quick and  professional. Update) August 2025. Once again, Ruby’s team perfectly helped me! This time I contracted them to do a bigger project with rejuvenating my house’s both back and front garden and terrace. Mr Zuber and his team did a great job! They were very responsive to my needs and requests, and I was also very impressed with their diligent professionalism and speed of work. They redid the tiles, renovated a pool, did lots of painting and maintenance work. What I was dreading to be a 2-3 months project actually was complete in 1 month!! Special appreciation to Zuber’s responsiveness, communication and team management. Definitely recommend! March 2025: I and I’m very happy with their service. It was very efficient and prompt. I need my air conditioning seasonal maintenance to be done. The same day as I called Ruby office an assessment team came. The supervisor Mr. Syed Aiman was very helpful, managed to do the A/C cleaning and services in the best way. The team did everything the same day! Jawaid (MEP Supervisor) from Ruby General Maintenance LLC and his team did a great job at my apartment this week with multiple plumbing and maintenance jobs. Jawaid’s prioritisarion and organisation ensured the work started promptly within just a couple of days. The team worked quickly and efficiently and got everything completed to a very good standard.
