3. Quotations and Estimates
Customers may request quotations or estimates through our website, telephone, WhatsApp, email, E-Portal, or other communication channels.
Any quotation or estimate may be based on the information available at the time of preparation and may be subject to site inspection, measurements, material availability, actual site conditions, customer requirements, and additional work.
Submitting a quotation request does not by itself create a binding contract or guarantee that the requested service will be performed.
4. Site Inspection
For certain projects, we may need to inspect the property before providing a final quotation.
During a site inspection, we may assess existing conditions, measurements, access requirements, required materials, existing damage, technical requirements, labour requirements, and health and safety considerations.
A final price may differ from an initial estimate if actual site conditions differ from the information originally provided.
5. Additional Work
During maintenance, repair, or renovation work, additional problems or requirements may become apparent.
If additional work is required beyond the agreed scope, we may provide an additional quotation or cost estimate.
Additional work should generally be approved by the customer before it is carried out, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent further damage, protect property, or address a safety issue.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property and requested services.
Customers may also be required to:
- Provide reasonable access to the property
- Provide access to relevant areas where work is required

- Inform us of known hazards or special site conditions
- Provide access to electricity, water, or other utilities where reasonably required
- Make payments according to the agreed payment terms
Delays caused by lack of access, customer instructions, unavailable materials, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the project schedule.
7. Materials
Materials may be supplied by Ruby General Maintenance LLC or by the customer, depending on the agreed scope of work.
Where we supply materials, selected materials may be subject to availability.
If a particular brand, model, colour, specification, or material is unavailable, we may discuss reasonable alternatives with the customer.
Material warranties, where applicable, may be subject to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s terms and conditions.
8. Project Schedule and Delays
We will make reasonable efforts to complete services within the agreed or estimated timeframe.
Completion dates may be affected by material availability, weather conditions, access restrictions, customer-requested changes, additional work, third-party delays, government requirements or approvals, site conditions, or force majeure events.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, estimated completion dates are not guaranteed.
9. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated through the quotation, invoice, agreement, E-Portal, or other written communication.
Depending on the project, payment may be required in advance, as a deposit, in stages, upon completion, or according to an agreed payment schedule.
Customers are responsible for making payments within the agreed timeframe. Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or delay of services.
10. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling of a service.
Cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to work already completed, materials already purchased, labour or third-party costs already incurred, special-order materials, site preparation, and other reasonable project costs.
Any applicable cancellation charges or refunds will depend on the specific quotation, agreement, or circumstances of the project.
11. Workmanship and Service Issues
We aim to provide services in a professional and workmanlike manner.
If you believe that work has not been completed in accordance with the agreed scope, please contact us promptly and provide details of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may inspect the work and determine reasonable corrective action.
Issues resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, third-party work, customer-supplied materials, or conditions outside our control may not be covered.
12. Warranties
Where a specific warranty is provided for a service, material, equipment, or installation, the applicable warranty terms will be communicated to the customer.
Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.
Unless expressly stated in writing, no additional warranty or guarantee is implied beyond what is required under applicable law.
13. Third-Party Products and Services
Some projects may involve products, materials, equipment, subcontractors, or third-party service providers.
Where third-party products or services are used, their respective terms, warranties, and conditions may apply.
We are not responsible for defects or failures caused solely by third-party products or services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date.
However, website content may contain general information about our services and does not necessarily constitute a quotation, contract, guarantee, or binding offer.
Service descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other website information may change without notice.
15. Images and Project Examples
Images displayed on our website may show completed projects, examples of our work, materials, equipment, or representative services.
Actual results may vary depending on existing property conditions, materials selected, site conditions, customer requirements, project scope, lighting, and photography.
Images should not necessarily be considered a guarantee of an identical result.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, images, designs, website layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ruby General Maintenance LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
17. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links or integrations with third-party services, including Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Google Maps, analytics services, social media platforms, or other third-party websites.
We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or terms.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ruby General Maintenance LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.
Our liability, where legally applicable, will be determined in accordance with the agreed scope of work, applicable contractual terms, and relevant laws and regulations.
19. Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, government actions or restrictions, war or civil disturbance, epidemics or pandemics, utility failures, material shortages, transportation disruptions, labour disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will communicate significant delays caused by such circumstances.
20. Client E-Portal
Ruby General Maintenance LLC may provide an online client portal (“E-Portal”) that allows customers to manage and monitor service requests and projects.
Depending on the services and features available, the E-Portal may allow customers to:
- Submit maintenance, repair, renovation, or other service requests
- View submitted service requests
- Track the status and progress of requests
- Communicate with our team regarding a request
- Receive and review quotations
- Approve or reject quotations
- Request changes or provide comments on quotations
- Review approved work and project information
- View invoices and payment information
- Upload or access relevant documents
- View updates, notes, photographs, or other project-related information
- Receive notifications regarding service requests or projects
- Access other features introduced from time to time.
20.1 Account Registration
Certain E-Portal features may require an account or login credentials.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information and maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, access code, or other login credentials.
You must immediately notify us if you believe that your account or login credentials have been accessed or used without authorization.
20.2 Authorized Users
If an account is created on behalf of a company, property owner, property manager, tenant, or other organization, the person creating or using the account confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of that organization or customer.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity resulted from unauthorized access that was promptly reported to us.
20.3 Service Requests
Submitting a request through the E-Portal does not automatically mean that the requested work has been accepted, scheduled, or approved.
A request may be reviewed before work is accepted. We may contact you to obtain additional information, arrange a site inspection, clarify requirements, or provide a quotation before commencing work.
20.4 Quotations and Approvals
Where the E-Portal allows customers to receive and approve quotations, an online approval, acceptance, or confirmation may be treated as the customer’s confirmation to proceed with the quoted work, subject to the applicable quotation and project terms.
Additional work outside the approved scope may require a separate quotation or approval.
Customers should carefully review the scope of work, prices, materials, payment terms, exclusions, and other information before approving a quotation.
20.5 Project Status and Tracking
The E-Portal may display project or request statuses such as Request Submitted, Under Review, Site Inspection Required, Quotation Sent, Quotation Approved, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Invoice Issued, Closed, or Cancelled.
These statuses are provided for communication and project management purposes. A displayed status or estimated completion date may change due to site conditions, customer requests, material availability, scheduling requirements, additional work, or other circumstances.
20.6 Client Comments and Communications
Customers may submit comments, instructions, questions, or other information through the E-Portal.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that information submitted is accurate, lawful, and relevant to the requested service.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
20.7 Documents and Uploaded Content
The E-Portal may allow customers to upload or access documents, photographs, invoices, quotations, reports, or other project-related materials.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and authorization to upload any document or content.
We may restrict, remove, or refuse content that is unlawful, harmful, malicious, or unrelated to the relevant service.
20.8 Electronic Approvals and Confirmations
Where the E-Portal provides electronic approval, confirmation, acceptance, rejection, or acknowledgement functionality, records generated through the E-Portal may be retained as part of our business and project records.
Customers should ensure that only authorized individuals use account credentials or approve quotations and requests on their behalf.
20.9 Portal Availability
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the E-Portal available and functioning properly.
However, we do not guarantee that the E-Portal will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
The E-Portal may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, server issues, internet or network problems, security measures, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
20.10 Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an E-Portal account where reasonably necessary, including if the account is used improperly, unauthorized access is suspected, false or fraudulent information is provided, these Terms are violated, the account creates a security risk, or access is no longer required for an active customer relationship.
Where reasonably possible, we may notify the customer before restricting access.
20.11 Portal Information and Records
Information displayed in the E-Portal is intended to assist customers in managing and tracking service requests.
Project records, quotations, invoices, work reports, and other information may be updated from time to time.
In the event of an apparent discrepancy, the applicable signed agreement, quotation, invoice, or other formally issued business document may take precedence over a portal display where legally applicable.
20.12 E-Portal Security
Customers must not attempt to access another customer’s account, bypass authentication or security controls, modify or interfere with portal data, introduce malware or malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to our servers or systems, use automated tools to abuse or disrupt the E-Portal, or share login credentials with unauthorized persons.
Any suspected security issue should be reported to Ruby General Maintenance LLC immediately.
20.13 E-Portal Privacy
Information submitted or stored through the E-Portal may include customer, property, project, quotation, invoice, communication, and document information.
Such information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.
20.14 E-Portal Updates
We may add, remove, modify, or update E-Portal features from time to time.
Certain features may be available only to specific customers, projects, service types, or account types.
Continued use of the E-Portal after updates may be subject to the revised functionality and applicable Terms.
21. Privacy
Your use of our website and E-Portal is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal information.
By using our website or E-Portal, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our website, E-Portal, services, technology, business practices, or applicable laws and regulations.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of the website or E-Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws and regulations of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the E-Portal, or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
