AC Technician

We are Hiring AC Technician (Male can Apply).

– Excellent Knowledge & Experience of All kinds of AC Units Including FCU, SPLIT , Package Units

– Trouble Shooting for All Kinds of AC Units and properly Diagnose and provide solutions

– Experience of AC Installation of all Kinds of AC Units Including Split Unit, FCU’s and Ducted Type Units

– Maintenance of all AC Units, Replacement of all AC Spare Parts

– Able to Perform AC Service for all kinds of AC Units efficiently

– Reviewing blueprints, installing air conditioning systems, testing systems for proper functioning, performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools, ordering supplies, and making routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency.

– Also record data when inspecting systems, such as temperature of equipment, fuel consumption and hours of operation.

Ruby General Maitenance LLC is looking for an exceptional CAD draftsman with impeccable attention to detail and sound knowledge of the discipline.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Should be Proficient in 2D/3D AutoCAD Drawings with relevant experience
  • Prepares clear, complete and accurate working plans and detail drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes for MEP projects.
  • Good to have experience in AutoCAD 2D/3D and 3D Max.
  • Design or Modify AutoCAD Drawings for Civil, MEP and Landscaping.
  • Prepare required documents for DCD Submission along with the Drawings
  • Need to work with the shared requirements and site details and follow ups should be done if necessary for further clarification

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
  • Performing general electrical maintenance.
  • Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
  • Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
  • Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations
  • Performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
  • Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as
  • various testing equipment.
  • Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Fitting and repairing various household appliances.
  • Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.

Requirement

  • Have in depth knowledge of Contructions, electrical, and plumbing works.
  • Maintaining, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures (constructions, plumbing and Electric work).
  • Good knowledge of Joinery and Fit out work.
  • Have 1-3 years Experience in Technical Services.
  • Candidate must have UAE Experience.
  • Experienced in supervising the technical team.

Equipment Operation

  • Responsible for accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly as they arise.
  • Do the Right Thing – Complies with all Company security and safety measures.
  • Ensures equipment is secure from theft and/or damage when in use.
