Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Performing general electrical maintenance.
• Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
• Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
• Following National Electrical Code state and local building regulations
• Performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
• Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as
• various testing equipment.
• Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Fitting and repairing various household appliances.
• Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.

Requirement

• Have in depth knowledge of Contructions, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Maintaining, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures (constructions, plumbing and Electric work).
• Good knowledge of Joinery and Fit out work.
• Have 1-3 years Experience in Technical Services.
• Candidate must have UAE Experience.
• Experienced in supervising the technical team.

Equipment Operation

• Responsible for accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly as they arise.
• Do the Right Thing – Complies with all Company security and safety measures.
• Ensures equipment is secure from theft and/or damage when in use.

Customer Service

• Deliver World Class Service – Provides excellent service and strives to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers.
• Maintains a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication.
